Former foster parent Teresa Iezzi, who alleges she was infected with
Hepatitis C by a drugged-up teen client, looked on Tuesday as a
government lawyer tried again to have her lawsuit for damages thrown out
of court.
She claims the government failed to warn her that the
teen, who accidentally stabbed Iezzi in 2001 with a needle while she was
shooting up heroin, had the sometimes-fatal liver disease and passed it
on to her.
